Minnesota Restaurants, Bars, and More Open Doors For First Time in Months
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Minnesota will look more like Minnesota Wednesday as bars and restaurants will open their doors to customers for the first time in nearly three months.
Also opening will be bowling alleys, fitness centers, movie theaters, and swimming pools.
Capacity limits and other restrictions are part of the latest plan by the state to ease the shutdown that was ordered by Gov. Tim Walz in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Many restaurants have been offering takeout and curbside service for several weeks.
Capacity limits at businesses that recently reopened are also being expanded Wednesday.
