Saturday is a big day in Rochester, Minnesota! Not only is Social Ice happening in the Peace Plaza but just down the street at Discovery Square 2, you have an opportunity to explore and enjoy an event that is back for its 2nd year in the Med City.
Black Excellence Expo Back for a Second Year in Rochester, Minnesota
The month of February has the focus of Black History Month and back for a 2nd year is an event where you can show your support to minority-owned businesses in our area. If you've ever been to the Townsquare Media studios to chat with the team at 106.9 KROC, Quick Country 96.5, Y-105FM, or one of our other radio stations, it won't be hard for you to find since it is across the street at the new Discovery Square 2 building.
If you want to support locally minority owned businesses here in Rochester, now is your chance at the Black Excellence Expo on Saturday, Feb. 24. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. guests can experience food, arts, fashion, products and services under one roof at Discovery Square 2.
I know life is busy and you may not be able to squeeze in another stop on Saturday to show your support.
