Olmsted County Community Services and Family Service Rochester are excited to sponsor the 9th annual Back-to-School Rally, hosted by the P.A.C.E. and Project H.O.P.E. The event affords children and families an opportunity to kick-off the school year in a fun-filled way! Come out and enjoy FREE food, inflatable games, a petting zoo, a dunk tank; as well as a wealth of family-friendly resource information from community organizations throughout the Rochester area.
