The public is invited to attend Halloween Fun at Charter House. Halloween Fun will take place on October 31st from 4:30AM to 6:00PM. This free event will be held on the 1st floor of Charter House (211 2nd Street NW, Rochester MN 55901). We will have popcorn, candy, gift bags, and we will have our very own Pumpkin Queen!
