Northgate Community Health Fair

Northgate Health Club is hosting a free Community Health Fair this Saturday, January 16th, from 10 am to 3 pm.

This free wellness event, co-Sponsored by Family Wellness Center, is open to all individuals and families who wish to meet with medical/nutritional/lifestyle/financial professionals to better understand how they can improve and optimize their health and well being. In addition, for those adults who wish to experience a workout, Northgate is making its fitness, pool and locker room facilities available for use, free-of-charge, during the Health Fair hours.

For those interested in sampling Group Fitness Classes or even Social Dance Classes for adults, a full slate of classes will be offered (each beginning every 30 minutes) during the course of the morning and afternoon.
