Topic: “Low Maintenance Vegetable Gardening”
Presented by: Jodie Pharis Visker
Jodie is a master gardener and art teacher and teaches and coordinates community and church gardening programs in the LaCrosse/Onalaska area. As District Garden Coordinator for Onalaska Schools, she has developed a very simple yet effective way of growing vegetable gardens, using three methods: Square Foot Gardening, Straw Bale Gardening, and Lasagna Gardening.
