SE MN Celiac Support Group meeting, April 12, 10:00, Baldwin Building, 1st floor conference room, 2nd St SW & 4th Ave, Rochester. "Staples Sharing" is the topic. Please bring a bag or basket that contains some of the gluten-free staples in your kitchen: breads, cereals, crackers, pastas, flours, etc. Bringing these foods in their original packaging whenever possible will make it easier for others to easily scan ingredients and nutritional information and also recognize the items at the store if we want to give them a try. For foods that easily lend themselves to sampling - breads, cereals and crackers, please bring enough to share and we can all have a taste. Contact Kathy Cook, kathy@cook344.com, or 507-261-2366, if you have any questions or additional ideas. For more info: http://sites.google.com/site/semnceliacs/
