The Rochester School Board is scheduled to vote Tuesday night on a new two year contract for the school district's teachers. The members of the Rochester Education Association gathered at John Marshall High School Monday night and almost 65-percent voted to approve the labor agreement, which was hammered out during a recent negotiating session with a state mediator.  It calls for a total wage and benefit increase of just over 6.4-percent during the two years covered by the contact.
