The third largest city in Minnesota is seeing a bit of change on one of its main streets.  And...if you are a bride-to-be, it is a change you are going to love!

Bridal Shop in Southeast Minnesota Is Adding Something New To Its Successful Shop

Just a few years ago, after The Gingerbread House Bakery closed in Rochester, Minnesota, many wondered what would happen to the cute building on North Broadway.

The doors closed for good on September 7th, 2019 for The Gingerbread House Bakery at 1104 N. Broadway Ave. but they didn't stay shut for long.

New Home for Finery Bridal Chic in Rochester, Minnesota

While many were still wondering if toilet paper would be accessible at Target and Walmart, one Rochester business was getting ready for a big change.

Finery Bridal Chic, located a bit closer to downtown Rochester, made the announcement in October of 2020 that they were moving into the building that was formally the home of The Gingerbread House Bakery.  Going from a bakery to a bridal store was quite the endeavor but it was an amazing transformation.  I drive by this building every day for work and it was so fun to watch all of the changes.

Big News Again From Finery Bridal Chic in Rochester, MN!

Another exciting change is now in the works for this adorable bridal shop in The Med City.  Just a few weeks ago, Finery Bridal Chic shared the big news that it has a new addition - Troussau at Finery.

Welcome to Trousseau at Finery!
Trousseau: the personal possessions of a bride usually including clothes, accessories, and household linens and wares
What it means for us? We created a shop inside our shop filled with pretty party dresses, vacation wear, accessories and housewares that anyone (bride or otherwise) will adore

When is Trousseau at Finery having its Grand Opening?

I haven't found a date yet when the grand opening will take place for Trousseau at Finery but did see the words "pretty darn soon" on its Instagram page.  Once I hear the exciting date, I'll post that update over on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio.
