U-Haul Crashes In Fillmore County
Bloomfield Township, MN (KROC AM News) - The driver of a Ford U-Haul truck lost control and went into the ditch in the Bloomfield Township in Fillmore County early Sunday morning. The Ford U-Haul was pulling a Chevy Lumina and traveling northbound on Highway 63 when the driver, 59-year-old Debra Lawson, lost control and entered the ditch around 12:30 a.m. according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Lawson was transported to St. Mary's Hospital along with the passenger, 26-year-old Courtney Aldridge. Both were described to have non-life threatening injuries. The Fillmore County Sheriff's Office, Spring Valley Ambulance and Ostrander Fire were all assisting on the scene.
