Wind Chill Advisory Until Noon

Dangerous wind chills this morning will get your teeth chattering!  Then later today a winter weather advisory will be in effect from 3pm to 3am Christmas morning.  It's going to be a white Christmas with 2 to 4 inches of new snow coming.
