10 of Minnesota’s 16 Pier 1 Stores Closing, Will Rochester’s be Affected?

We found out a little while ago that Pier 1 was closing many locations across the country but we didn't know which would be affected. We now know what stores in Minnesota will be closing and there's a lot of them.

10 out of the 16 Pier 1 locations in Minnesota are going to close, says Bring Me the News. The locations closing are:

St. Paul
Eagan
Richfield
Roseville
Eden Prairie
Coon Rapids
Oak Park Heights
Shakopee
St. Cloud
Mankato

Yes, this means that the Rochester store is safe, which is fantastic! Or I suppose you could view that as unfortunate because the Pier 1s that are closing "are offering storewide discounts for 20-40% off" according to Bring Me the News.

The St. Cloud and Mankato stores are supposed to close by the end of February, according to the Star Tribune. The others we don't know yet.
