13 Foods Experiencing Shortages in Minnesota, Iowa, and Illinois in 2023
Expect to See Shortages of These 13 Items at Stores in Minnesota and Throughout the United States
One of the freakiest times in my life was when I walked into a grocery store in Minnesota back in April 2020. I thought I was in a Marvel movie and Thanos came and not only took all the people but also took all of the bread, meat, cereal, eggs, milk, toilet paper, and anything canned other than lima beans...wait, there was one can of those.
I know you remember that moment in our lives. Thankfully, we have toilet paper now but unfortunately, we are seeing prices soar on store shelves and it is anticipated that more shortages are coming in 2023 throughout the U.S.

What NOT To Do After Seeing The List of Items Experiencing Shortages in 2023
I remember when people were stockpiling toilet paper at their homes. Admit it, you had way more than you needed. My family said that I was "part of the problem" but the truth is, I had multiple packages because Target had one of those deals where if you spent so much, you got a gift card. It was like they were asking me to hoard toilet paper, so I did. I made that visit just before our world shut down though...but did take advantage of that sale thanks to a friend tipping me off that Washington stores were out of toilet paper. I never thought that would happen here, but then again, maybe stores shouldn't have had incentives at the same time to buy more. I made $20 that day!
If stores don't pay us to buy more of the items experiencing shortages and WE don't wipe shelves clean and start stockpiling, we will be ok.

What Item Are You Having A Hard Time Finding Right Now?
I'll go first - Fiesta Corn. I put this in my chili and I haven't been able to find it since the pandemic hit. Anyone have any leads on those cute, adorable little cans of corn and peppers? You can send me a note with leads on that and what you've had a hard time finding lately over on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio.
