If you are looking for a romantic get-away I have good news for you. Four Minnesota have towns made the 2024 list of the most romantic towns in the country.

Of course, who you're spending that get-away with will play a major role in just how romantic things feel. I don't care where you are -- if you're spending the weekend with someone you don't want to be with it will not be fun.

On the other hand, if you are with your soulmate, heartthrob, or love of your live -- it won't matter where you are; it will probably be pretty romantic.

Where are the Most Romantic Spots in America?

The team at Honeymoon Always have used their romance-o-meters to take the measurements to determine the most romantic get-aways in America for 2024. The top-five spots on their list belong to St. Augustine, Florida (#1), Paia, Hawaii (#2), Hilo, Hawaii (#3), Ashville, North Carolina (#4), and Carmel-by-the-Sea, California #(5).

Although I'm a Minnesota guy, I did live in Jacksonville, Florida for a few years. St. Augustine is just down the road from Jacksonville, and I have spent a few weekends there and it does not disappoint. St. Augustine is very quaint, historic, and romantic.

Rounding out the top-ten most romantic get-aways in America for 2024 are Pigeon Forge, Tennessee (#6), Durham, North Carolina (#7), Mackinac Island, Michigan (#8), Flagstaff, Arizona (#9), and Manchester, Vermont (#10).

2. Duluth (#112 overall nationally)
3. Red Wing (#148 overall nationally)

My mom and dad honeymooned in Duluth back in the day, and here I am. 👶 So maybe there's something to this list.
