On December 14th, 2015 something happened that changed the life of KIMT Reporter Adam Sallet. As he was doing a live-report outside the NW Rochester Sterling State Bank a man who'd previously robbed a bank and a restaurant, robbed a bank again and made his getaway while Adam was on air!

A day or two later, I had him on the air to talk about it.

So yesterday, Adam Sallet was reporting live on KIMT. It's his job, it's what he does, and he does it well. But it was different yesterday...because he was live while the bank behind him was being robbed...and he helped catch the alleged bank robber!

The video above is Adam Sallet telling us his story, what it is like to be involved in something like that, and how the experience of sudden world fame might change him. In case you missed the original video, where a bank employee runs out of the bank and alerts Adam that the suspect just ran out, check it out...

A Rochester Police spokesman says 36-year-old Ryan Liskow was apprehended less than an hour after he held up Sterling State Bank along Bandel Road northwest.
