Balloon-Man Dance?

Some of us have friends who really aren't good at dancing, but for some reason, they LOVE dancing (remember that episode with Elaine on "Seinfeld"?).

Someone at a music festival in Ireland recorded a woman dancing and flailing her arms around like she's one of those balloon men (like the one on North Broadway outside that mattress place).  Your move Elaine.
