Remember a few months ago at the start of the pandemic, when we were ready to ask our neighbors if they could spare a square?  It was funny on Seinfeld but in real life, I think we can all agree that wondering if we'd have enough tp to wipe is not a funny matter.  Unfortunately, we are starting to see panic buying happen again throughout the country.

Lines for toilet paper at Costco stores in California have been forming the last few weeks and according to Bloomberg.com, research done by Centricity Inc. found that the demand for baking goods has risen 3,400% compared to last year at this time.  The expectation is that there will be another wave of panic buying but this time the product lines impacted will be expanded.

9 Items That People Are Panic Buying in 2020

I remember walking through the grocery store to grab a few items, because we basically had nothing left to eat, and it was one row after another of shelves that were empty.  Even the frozen vegetables, including the ones with lima beans and spinach...every shelf was completely wiped out.

Aisle after aisle of empty shelves at the grocery store was not a warm cozy feeling so hopefully, fingers crossed, that doesn't happen again here.

Are there any items that you are having a tough time finding at the stores?  Let me know by sending me a message on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio or DM me on Instagram here.
