Eyota, MN (KROC AM News) - There was another police chase in Olmsted County Wednesday night.

An Olmsted County patrol deputy spotted a vehicle parked on the wrong side of Highway 42 in Eyota around 11 p.m. As the deputy pulled in behind the vehicle, the driver took off. After about 10 - 15 minutes, the man eventually stopped a few miles away and got out of his vehicle.

Sheriff’s Captain Scott Behrns says by then, two other deputies and a state trooper had arrived. Behrns says the man became aggressive and refused to comply with commands and was tased twice before he was taken into custody.

The man has been identified as 51-year old William Bush of Rochester. He is expected to face DUI and several other charges.
