It seems like just yesterday that Charlotte Russe closed at the Apache Mall, but looking back, they said farewell to Rochester in 2012. Remember when it was the store that occupied the location that now houses Forever 21? I shopped there a ton when it was here. When it closed, I would get my fix by driving up to MOA or the Burnsville Mall. In the near future, we won't be able to do that anymore, because both of them are closing.

Charlotte Russe filed bankruptcy over the weekend and announced the closure of nearly 100 stores. According to USA Today, the court filing states "the chain plans to completely liquidate if it can't find a buyer by February 17th".
