JUST ANNOUNCED! Opening Date For Popular Pie Shop in Minnesota

Americans LOVE dessert.  Walk through any store and you'll see a huge aisle of cookies, cakes, donuts, and other sugary treats ready to eat.  And Americans take full advantage of that aisle!

According to CBS News, one in six Americans devour a dessert at least once every day.  But there is one specific sweet treat that is a favorite for about 90% of Americans...pie!

If you are looking for a slice of heaven pie on a plate, there is one place in Minnesota that serves up the best.  Thankfully, they just announced their opening date for the season.

Add This To Your Summer Bucket List - Eating Pie at Aroma Pie Shoppe

One of my family's favorite spots to visit during the summer is Aroma Pie Shoppe.  It is a quaint spot near Lanesboro that has become quite the hot spot thanks to the huge list of homemade pies it serves.

You can drive there, but if you do, you'll be one of the few vehicles around.  Instead, park in Lanesboro and hop on the Root River Trail with a bike and keep going until you arrive at 618 Main Street in Whalan, Minnesota.

Opening Date Just Announced For Aroma Pie Shoppe in Minnesota

Look at your calendar and set aside some time to eat a piece of pie (or two) this summer because opening day has been announced for Aroma Pie Shoppe.

According to a Facebook post by Aroma Pie Shoppe, opening day for this popular dessert spot is Memorial Day weekend.  Here are their hours for the weekend:

• Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Monday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
