Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A second man has been charged in a recent gun-related robbery in Rochester.

The incident happened March 10 during a gathering of several people at a residence in the 4900 block of 19th Avenue Northwest. A 23-year-old man told police an argument broke out and one of those at the party pointed a rifle at him. He says others also assaulted him and then took his money, said to be several hundred dollars.

A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of 24-year-old Steven Voeun of Rochester. Police have been looking for him since the incident. He is suspected of being the person with the gun.

Arrested and charged earlier was 24-year-old Emanuel Alfred. He is accused of holding the victim down while he was assaulted and robbed.
