Behind The Song ‘We Are The World’

Here’s the latest in my ‘Behind The Song Story’ video series. This time I look at the story behind the big charity song “We Are The World”. The song was release 30 years ago this month.

Find out how the idea came about and what it took to get all those mega stars in one room to record the song in one night. Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles, a couple of blind men, even offered to drive everyone home afterwards.
