The Boys & Girls Club of Rochester kids are building and programming Lego robots! It's a pilot program supported by Boys & Girls Club of America, along with funding from NASA.

Here's how it works. Small groups of boys and girls build and program Lego robotics kits and then program their creations to move.

Robo Tech is a new program that's running in 2015 with support from Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Rochester Community Education. Teams of boys and girls built and programmed LEGO Mindstorm EV3 kits to make robots that move, rotate, and even bark for a treat! Robo Tech is one of the many STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) programs offered at the Club to help members get a jump start on the future of tech and science. They even held an all-girls session at Gage Elementary!
