It's certainly a gamble but can be rewarding in more ways than financially. If you're ready to take the leap there's a unique business here in southeast Minnesota for sale now.

But, what if the business was already operating and all you needed to do was take control?

A southeast Minnesota man has announced plans to retire to northern Minnesota and is looking for someone to take control of his fully operational business.

Jay Clemons owns Clem's Cups and Cones in Kasson. The Ice Cream shop has been operating for a couple years now and as Jay prepares to retire he is looking for someone to take over.

Clemons told the Post Bulletin, "My goal is to sell it to somebody that keeps it up and keeps going because it's established. We did everything, planned everything and got it open and did all of that, so it's nice to do that. And we got it right now where it's running smooth."
