Couple Finds A Huge Treasure In Their Backyard

John And Mary have a trail on their property they have dubbed, 'Saddle Ridge.'  Little did they know that 'Saddle Ridge' was full of riches! They were walking their dog and noticed an old coin sticking out of the dirt.  After close examination and excavation, they discovered some 19th century Gold coins that experts are now calling the greatest buried treasure ever unearthed in the U.S.!

Experts say these rusty cans full of coins contain rare coins dating from 1847 to 1894, and could sell for as much as $10 Million at auction!  For obvious reasons, the couple wishes to remain anonymous, but we do know them as John & Mary.  They plan to keep some of them, donate some to charity, and sell others online.  Mary said, "It was like finding a wonderful hot potato," and went on to add this advice, "Don't be above bending over to check on a rusty can."

The couple is from California, and it is no doubt easier for them to discover something like this than us, especially with all of the snow cover we have around here at the moment. Have you ever found anything interesting in your backyard?
