LOS ANGELES (AP) — "Octomom" Nadya Suleman is heading to court this morning to face charges of failing to report $30,000 she earned while trying to collect welfare.

She's scheduled for arraignment in court in Los Angeles. If convicted, she could be sentenced to nearly six years in prison.

Suleman became famous in 2009 when she gave birth to octuplets, conceived by in vitro fertilization. She already was a single mother of six.
