Danny Masterson and the Church of Scientology are being sued for "covering up" allegations of sexual assault.

According to Variety, a group of four women claim they were stalked and intimidated after they went to the police in 2016 and 2017 to accuse That '70s Show star of raping or sexually assaulting them in the early 2000s.

One of the plaintiffs, Chrissie Carnell Bixler, who is also one of Masterson's ex-girlfriends, claims she was chased in her car by two people who were filming her. She also said her dog died from suspicious circumstances, with a necropsy revealing her pet suffered "traumatic injuries to her trachea and esophagus."

Another plaintiff, Marie Bobette Riales, also alleges she's been followed and photographed, adding that her email accounts were hacked and that her child's bedroom window was smashed while they were sleeping.

Meanwhile, the two other unidentified plaintiffs, have similar claims.

Following the initial allegations, Masterson was fired from Netflix's The Ranch, however, he's repeatedly denied the claims. He's since released a statement in response to the new lawsuit:

“This is beyond ridiculous. I’m not going to fight my ex-girlfriend in the media like she’s been baiting me to do for more than two years,” the actor said. “I will beat her in court – and look forward to it because the public will finally be able to learn the truth and see how I’ve been railroaded by this woman. And once her lawsuit is thrown out, I intend to sue her and the others who jumped on the bandwagon for the damage they caused me and my family.”

An attorney for the Church of Scientology has also released a statement denying the women’s claims. “From everything we have read in the press, this baseless lawsuit will go nowhere because the claims are ludicrous and a sham,” Bill Forman said. “It’s a dishonest and hallucinatory publicity stunt.”
