Downtown Rochester Coffee Shop Creates Upgraded Patio With WiFi For Guests

Remember the days when we used to sit at a coffee shop for hours?  I loved pre-Covid days and have been dreaming of a spot where I can enjoy a cup of coffee and work outside again.  A Rochester coffee shop just shared some great pics of their newly upgraded patio area and it is my new favorite spot. ☕

Cafe Steam has a few locations in downtown Rochester and I go there a lot.  Probably too much.  Actually, I know it is too much because the barista at the Discovery Square location knows my order.  Now I want coffee...

Anyways, their location on Broadway has a great spot in the back of the building that just got an upgrade.  Here's what they shared on their Facebook page:

Not stoked about indoor seating? Come check out our new patio!! In partnership with Downtown Rochester, Minnesota and City of Rochester, MN Government (as well as our patient neighbors) we’ve added an outdoor patio extension of our Broadway location. With appropriate spacing, electrical outlets near each table, and WiFi connectivity, the patio carries all of the amenities of the indoors but outside! We’ll be outfitting it more over the coming weeks to add shading and other things, but it’s open now for your safe enjoyment
