(KROC AM News) -- Rochester Police arrested one man while dealing with several fights in front of a couple downtown bars early Sunday morning.  

According to the police report, officers responded to a call regarding fights outside the establishments shortly before 2 o’clock Sunday morning.  They arrested 30 year old Crescensio Pna Perez of Rochester on a 5th degree assault charge for punching a woman in the face outside of Dooleys bar.

Then added more charges when his brother came out of the bar bleeding from the head. Turns out Perez had hit him with a glass. He now faces 2nd degree assault, 5th degree domestic assault and disorderly conduct on top of the earlier charge.  There were no other arrests. Perez’ brother refused treatment.
