Food Network Recognizes Northern Minnesota Restaurant
This is incredible! As if we need another reason to travel north, one restaurant there just got a massive new title from the Food Network.
The Food Network just released a list of the most charming small town restaurants in each state. Their pick for Minnesota? Absolutely perfect!
They released this list at the end of January and I can truly say that I am visiting this spot as soon as possible!
Of course, to do it, I have to head up north to Grand Marais! That's where we can find this absolutely adorable restaurant.

The Most Charming Small Town Restaurant In Minnesota Is...
Obsessed! The Fisherman's Daughter has grabbed the title from the Food Network. It is located at the Dockside Fish Market. One glance at their menu and it's easy to see why they won this prestigious title.

They are famous for their fish and chips but there is much more to the menu as well! They also offer soups, deli options, coffee and dessert. I love it!
It's pretty easy to see why this restaurant was named the most charming small town restaurant in the state but why did Food Network decide it was the very best?
Here's what they had to say, writing in part:
Tucked inside the town’s popular Dockside Fish Market, the cafe serves up fresh bounty from Lake Superior on the daily. From fish and chips to crab fries and a must-have round of maple bacon cheese curds, this should be your first stop when cruising through town.
Crab fries?! Maple bacon cheese curds? I am cruising up to Grand Marais as soon as possible! All of these things sound incredible.
