Doug? You Can Get A Free Beer In Rochester This Weekend

Two specific names are getting the special treatment in Minnesota this weekend. I just didn't realize until now that one of the fun events was happening in Rochester.

ICYMI, Ryans from all over are showing up at the Mall of America on Friday, July 24th to try and break a world record. After a full night of fun (including riding roller coasters and an after-party), Target Field is going to have a full-on Ryan parade and special section for Ryans on Saturday at a Twins game.

Now, I'm hearing that Dougs are getting some special attention too.

Hey Doug, There's A Free Beer Waiting For You At A Rochester Brewery This Weekend

If your name is "Doug" or you know a "Doug", there is a freebie for you this weekend in The Med City.

Little Thistle Brewing, located at 2031 14th Street NW in Rochester, is having a big celebration for all of the Dougs in this world. Here's the note that they shared on Facebook and the freebie waiting for all of the Doug's.

Join us this Saturday because it's time to celebrate the Doug's of the world. Starting with everyone's favorite beer, The Doug!
Anyone named Doug gets their first beer FREE!
There are 4 different types of Doug just for the occasion.
Pickle Doug
Jalapeno Doug
Sporty Doug
Coffee Doug
and of course....
Regular loveable Doug.
There will have food available from our friends at Espadin.
Then from 2-4 there will be live music from Rochester's favorite cuties Amateur.
