According to Go MN News, B-Dubs just opened its first small-format restaurant, an Express, and both locations are located in the Twin Cities.

In fact the first one just opened yesterday, and their first big promotion is offering FREE wings for a year!

Just go there, fill out a form, and they'll pick a random winner. They'll choose five winners every day during in-store drawings. It doesn't get any easier than that.

It's happening now until July 30 at the Edina spot, and then once the Hopkins location opens in a few weeks, that promotion will run August 7-13.
