
Young Victim of Fatal Minnesota Skiing Accident at Popular Resort Idententified
Biwabik, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities have identified the young man who was killed in a skiing accident at a popular Minnesota ski resort.

The fatal skiing accident happened on Saturday afternoon.
Preliminary information released by the Gilbert Police Department in northern Minnesota said the accident victim was 21 years old.

21-Year-Old Victim of Fatal Skiing Accident at Giant Ridge Resort in Biwabik, MN
The deadly skiing accident occurred at Giants Ridge Ski Resort in Biwabik. The resort's Ski Patrol was first to arrive at the accident scene, authorities said.
Members of the ski patrol extracted the victim from the hillside. He was then transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries despite life-saving measures.
On Monday the Gilbert Police Department identified the skiing accident victim as Christian Richard Hufnagle of International Falls.
Authorities say the deadly incident is under investigation.
