Family-run restaurants are the best places to eat, in my opinion. It's many people's American dream to open a restaurant, and pass it down through the generations. A new list has been compiled of the best family-run restaurants in every state.

LoveFood put a list together of the best restaurants for every state, regardless of style of food. There are Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Mexican restaurants, and more on the list. The only criteria is that the restaurants need to be family-run. Minnesota's best family-run restaurant happens to be an American Restaurant in Minneapolis.

Hazel's Northeast is located at 2859 Johnson Street NE, Minneapolis. They're a great spot for any meal, specializing in giant pancakes, cheese cheeseburgers, and huge bowls of pasta. Check out their Facebook page for more painfully delicious looking dishes.
