Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A vacant and expensive home in southwest Rochester was used to host an underage party over the weekend.

Rochester Police officers were sent out Friday night to the 1100 block of Greystone Lane Southwest to investigate reports of a large party and found about 100 high school age teenagers running out of a house when they arrived at the scene. Police Captain John Sherwin says the home, which is in a neighborhood where home values approaching a million dollars are not uncommon, is up for sale and had been vacant for a considerable amount of time.

Investigators are now working to identify the party organizers, who used Snapchat and other social media to spread the word about the gathering. If they’re found, they would likely face charges for breaking into the residence and for the damage caused by the partiers.
