It’s On! Right Now! Insane Inflatable 5K in Rochester

We're out here live at Gamehaven Scout Reservation for the Insane Inflatable 5K and things are going great! It's not too late to join the more than 1,600 pre-registered participants and bounce your way through the craziest race course you'll ever experience.

We have waves of runners starting every 30 minutes, with the last wave scheduled for 1:00 pm. You don't want to be the only one of your friends to miss this! Come out and join the fun!
