Three-year-old Emma Basting, from Thompson ND, is experienced in the way of hospitals, the U of M Children's Hospital, specifically. Also, and thankfully, a TON of kids all over North Dakota are now experienced in running lemonade stands to help Emma and her family!

According to a story in the Fargo Forum,

Wheelchair-bound Emma has neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer affecting the spine. Though stable, the tumor is inoperable and she is paralyzed from the waist down.

Emma and her family live on a small and very old farm. The house is completely non-accessible and needs all sorts of upgrades to make sure she can get around. All that'll cost money, so a GoFundMe was created.

You know how small towns are, word spreads, people join in, and over 20 stands sprung up in Grand Forks, Grand Forks Air Force Base, East Grand Forks, Thief River Falls, Jamestown, and Thompson! This is SO impressive. Thank you to each and every one of you for helping.

Emma's GoFundMe has raised $1650 as of this writing, with a goal of $75,000. If you can help, please click HERE.
