Did Cavemen use these “Walkman” things?

Boy do I feel old.   In fact I'm old enough to remember vinyl records and 8-track tapes.  Today it's all about mp3 players, smart phones and the internet, but in-between we had cassettes, CDs and the revolutionary Walkman.   In fact Walkman's were the coolest thing in the 80s, but for today's kids...it may as well been from the 1880's.
