Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) -  A product liability personal injury lawsuit was filed Tuesday in federal court on behalf of five workers who suffered serious injuries in an explosion at the McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Plant in Dodge Center last winter.

The Pritzker-Hageman Law Firm in Minneapolis and Rochester Attorney Paul Dahlberg represent the workers, who are seeking damages for what were described as severe and permanent injuries suffered in the blast that ripped apart a paint booth at the manufacturing facility on January 11th. A statement on the Pritzker-Hageman lawsuit specifically addresses the plight of Eemou See, who suffered burns to half of her body and underwent over a dozen surgeries, including the amputation of the fingers on her left hand.

The lawsuit contends an Ohio parts manufacturer, the Swagelok Company, is liable for the explosion, claiming the failure of a hose fitting on a truck powered by natural gas resulted in the release of the fuel and the explosion.
