Lucky Lotto Ticket Sold in Rochester

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Somebody bought a lucky state lottery ticket in Rochester.

The Minnesota State Lottery is reporting a NorthStar Cash ticket sold for the Jan 15th drawing won the nearly $32,000 prize.

The lucky ticket was sold at the 41st St NW Kwik Trip store near Target North.
