Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man who was in the news last week for a gun-related incident at a Rochester tattoo business has been arrested again, this time for assaulting a man in the downtown.

The assault happened around 9:30 PM Monday on a sidewalk in the 100 block of 3rd St SW.

Police say 39-year-old Travis Beckjorden punched a 23-year-old man, knocking him to the ground. The victim struck his head on cement and was knocked out. He was taken to St. Marys Hospital to be treated.

Surveillance video helped identify Beckjorden as the suspect and he was arrested Wednesday at his mother’s home in Faribault.

He was out on bail after being charged in last week’s incident.
