Mayo Clinic Care Network Adds 40th Member

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Mayo Clinic Care Network has expanded into South Carolina.

It was announced Wednesday that the Carolinas Hospital System has joined the growing network of affiliated healthcare providers. It has over 1800 employees, including almost 300 doctors staffing a 396 bed regional medical center in Florence South Carolina, which is located near Darlington and about 100 miles southeast of Charlotte.

By joining the network, the Carolinas Hospital System’s staff and patients gain access to Mayo’s expertise and resources.

The Mayo Clinic Care Network now has 40 members throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
