Willmar, MN (KROC-AM News) - A memorial service is planned Thursday afternoon in Willmar for the three Rochester residents who perished in a fiery crash last Friday.

An obituary posted by the Peterson Family Funeral Home says a Celebration of Life for 47-year-old Ester Peters and two of her children, 26-year-old Christopher and 23-year-old Shayla Peterson, will take place at the funeral home in Willmar at 1 PM Thursday. All three family members were killed when their vehicle collided, head-on, with another vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on the freeway near Eyota. The three occupants of the other vehicle also perished.

The obituary indicates Peters and her family previously lived in Willmar before moving to Hutchinson and then Rochester. She is survived by her oldest daughter and four grandchildren.
