If you love that first sip of coffee when you wake up each day...or at 2:30 pm when I grab another cup before I start chatting on my radio show on Y-105FM...a bit of good news just popped up for all of us. Another spot to grab a cup of coffee is opening in downtown Rochester, Minnesota and the logo is one that I know you are going to recognize. It has a mermaid on it!

Where Is The New Coffee Shop in Rochester, Minnesota?

This location will look a little bit different than your typical Starbucks as it is a pick-up store only. Just order your coffee and grab it to go, which is a great idea for this area of Rochester. However, if you'd like to sit and sip, the Even Hotel is happy to have you enjoy your coffee in their lobby.

When Is The New Starbucks Opening in Rochester, Minnesota?

If you drop by this weekend, everyone is working hard on the final touches for the new Starbucks. The first day to grab a cup of coffee or treat at the new Starbucks in Rochester will be very soon though. At the moment, the plan is to open on Monday, April 8th, 2024. They will be open every day from 5:30 am until 8:00 pm.
