The Roaring Twenties Are Coming Alive At This Brand New Event in Southeast Minnesota

Life back in the 1920s had automobiles but trains were still widely used to get from one place to another.  Even in 1939, huge silent film star of the time, Clara Bow, took a train from Nevada to Rochester, Minnesota to receive care from Mayo Clinic.

Even before that time, the father of GrapeNuts, Charles William Post, hopped on a nonstop train from California to Minnesota to be treated by Mayo Clinic.  At that time, it was actually the two brothers who treated him.

Radio was gaining popularity and the personal electronics industry was seeing a rush of sales.

Organized crime existed back in the 1920s and the United States Postal Service mail trucks were being targeted.  USPS started to use armored mail trucks!
