Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A sentencing hearing has been scheduled in September for a Rochester man who was accused of threatening to cut another man while he was holding a knife to the victim's throat.
29-year-old Yol Chadock was arrested in June following the incident at the Meadow Park Apartments. The victim in the case, who had a small cut on his neck, told police Chadock was intoxicated and was trying to start fights with other people and then confronted him.
Chadock was scheduled to stand trial on Monday but that was canceled after he entered a guilty plea to a second-degree assault charge.
