Rochester Managers, What Made You Fire An Employee?

See that guy? Did he just get fired...or is he about to fire someone? I'd like to think he's just been handed the report on Gregg Hanrahan, the night clerk at the EZ PZ Mart and Gas Stop. And it is time to warm up the firing button.

Reddit asked bosses to tell the dumbest reasons they had to fire someone. And they came up with a bucket of "are you serious???" You can scroll down to see 'em, but first, what a restaurant manager told me yesterday about why she fired two people.

"I fired one because they thought it was funny to test the fire suppression system. He though the should get a second chance. Uhhh...no. And the other, I fired after she put "Dirt Bag / Ho" as the couples names."
