Two people were arrested after an 18-year-old woman reported that she had been assaulted at Slatterly Park in the southeast Rochester Sunday night. A Rochester Police spokesman says 18-year-old Luis Aguilera and 18-year-old Breannah McKee are being held on a first-degree aggravated robbery, felony assault and other charges.

The teenage victim showed up at St. Mary’s Hospital around 10 o’clock Sunday night to be treated for injuries she suffered in an assault that occurred about an hour earlier. She told police she had gone with the two suspects in a car to purchase some marijuana and when they arrived at the park to smoke the pot, the young man pulled out a gun and ordered her out of the vehicle. A group of people then arrived and assaulted the young woman after pulling her from the car.

She told investigators she believes the assault is connected to a dispute with another person involving issues with a guy.
