Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  The shooting reported in Rochester over the weekend may have set a record.

Additional information about the shooting was released by police Monday.

Capt. Casey Moilanen says a house located a few blocks north of Cooke Park was hit by multiple rounds Friday night. The shooting happened around 10:00 pm in the 1100 block of 7th Ave NW.

Moilanen says there were three adults in the house but they were not hurt. He says it did not appear to be a random shooting

Moilanen says officers collected 24 spent shell casings at the scene, which may be a record for a Rochester shooting.

Moilanen says it’s believed the shooter was on foot when the shots were fired but fled the area in a vehicle. As of Monday morning, no arrests had been made.
