Hasn't the Subway Dairy Queen Been Up for Sale?
On December 2, 2021, I posted a story saying that three Rochester area Dairy Queens were up for sale, the one in the Marriot Subway the least expensive at $55,700. The real estate was up for sale because the owner wanted to retire.
The Real Estate listing page doesn't seem to be up anymore, but here's what they said about the Dairy Queen in the Subway...
"The Downtown Dairy Queen located in the Marriott Hotel lower level is...connected within the Mayo Clinic subway and is popular with not only Mayo Clinic staff, patients, and their families, but also convention, dance, and sporting event visitors.
Established for 15+ years, the restaurant was updated to offer an expanded menu that includes DQ favorites as well as local originals within the past 4 years. Reason for Selling: The existing owner is retiring from the restaurant business." Read More: There Are Three Dairy Queens for Sale In and Near Rochester |
